Jeremy Reymer is a seasoned trucking industry leader with over 20 years of experience as both a carrier and vendor, having led a small truckload operation, as well as a regional CDL driver staffing company.
Jeremy is innovative and passionate about addressing today’s challenges with the industry’s driver workforce – from recruiting, qualifying, and hiring drivers to retaining and promoting driver health and wellness.
In 2016, Jeremy founded DriverReach, a driver recruiting and compliance management platform that leverages technology to streamline the hiring process. In 2021 he began hosting the popular trucking podcast Taking the Hire Road, featuring industry experts and thought leaders as they discuss challenges and solutions around the driver lifecycle.
In 2024, Jeremy launched PROJECT 61, a passion initiative aimed at addressing trucking’s greatest epidemic: the 61 year average life expectancy of a CDL driver. PROJECT 61 seeks to raise awareness, educate, and provide solutions to improve the health and longevity of the trucking workforce.
