Launching this September during Driver Appreciation Week and Technician Appreciation Week, the NGT Top Truck Talent Award honors exceptional drivers and diesel technicians under 30 who go above and beyond in their roles.
Award Criteria
We’re looking for young professionals who:
- Demonstrate skill, safety, and professionalism
- Show initiative and career growth
- Contribute positively to their team
- Inspire others through passion and work ethic
Nominate a standout driver or technician under 30 by August 29. Please include a photo and optional short video to bring their story to life.

NGT Student of the Month Program
The Next Generation in Trucking Association’s Student of the Month Program recognizes outstanding students in secondary or post-secondary education who are pursuing careers in trucking and the broader supply chain industry. This award is given out monthly to celebrate exceptional students making a difference.
