Joining the Next Generation in Trucking Association is about improving the industry and changing lives. Young people today need direction for career choices and opportunities to explore those careers. With the industry, Next Gen is creating opportunities and experiences for students to be introduced to careers in trucking. We are helping to facilitate career exploration days at middle and secondary schools and creating CDL Driver and Diesel Technician programs. These programs are critical game changers for at-risk students who are struggling in other subjects.
